Claire Hermann is a poet and activist whose work has been selected as a finalist for the North Carolina Poet Laureate’s Award, a Split This Rock Poem of the Week, and a nominee for Best of the Net. Her work has been published in Borderlands: Texas Poetry Review, Lines + Stars, One, Prime Number, and other journals and anthologized in Spread the Word: A Pandemic Open Mic Anthology from Jacar Press and Bracken. Claire holds a bachelor’s degree from Scripps College and a master’s degree in public relations with a focus on social change from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
